Frequently Asked Questions

How do fees work on BiZZBoard?

Joining and starting a shop on BiZZBoard is free. There are two basic selling fees: a transaction fee, and a payment processing fee.

It costs $0.00 to publish a listing on the marketplace. A listing lasts for a certain period or until the item is sold. Once an item sells, there is a transaction fee on the sale price (not including shipping costs). If you accept payments with Credit Card, there is also a payment processing fee based on their fee structure.

What do I need to do to create a Shop?

It’s easy to set up a shop on BiZZBoard. Create a BiZZBoard account (if you don’t already have one), set your shop location and currency, choose a shop name, create a listing, set a payment method (how you want to be paid), and finally set a withdrawal method (how you want to get paid).

How do I get paid?

If you accept payments with credit card, funds from credit card sales on the Marketplace will be deposited into your BiZZBoard account. When you have a balance in your seller account, you can withdraw your funds to your bank account. Additional fees may apply based on your location and currency.

Do I need a credit or debit card to create a Shop?

No, a credit or debit card is not required to create a shop. You will not incur any charges until you open your shop and publish your listings.

What can I sell on BiZZBoard Marketplace?

BiZZBoard provides a mobile marketplace for entrepeneurs to sell their products and/or supplies. Business-relevant products across multiple categories. New, Certified Refurbished, Unlocked, Collectible or Used.

Credit Card Processing (API)

Integrated per-transaction pricing means no setup fees or monthly fees.

Mobile Payments
NETWORK AVERAGE CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
MasterCard 1.55% – 2.6%
Visa 1.43% – 2.4%
Discover 1.56% – 2.3%
American Express 2.5% – 3.5%
Alipay 3.5%
SOFORT €0,25 + 0,9%
Giropay €0,25 + 1,5%
Bancontact €0,39
iDEAL €0,29
Bitcoin | Altcoin 1% – 2%
  • All fees are billed in USD, so if your bank’s currency is not USD, a 1% conversion fee will also apply.
  • When a cardholder disputes a payment you’ve processed (API), you are charged a $15.00 dispute fee by the card network. This amount is withdrawn from your account balance along with the disputed amount.
  • If you submit evidence against the dispute and it is found in your favor, BiZZBoard reimburses you for the dispute fee. The card network does not actually refund the dispute fee but we feel our users should not be financially impacted by an invalid dispute.
  • If a dispute is accepted or unsuccessfully challenged, you are still responsible for both the dispute fee and the BiZZBoard processing fee on the original payment. It’s important that you take steps to best prevent against disputes, and to submit as much information as possible in a response, if this may occur to you.
